Protect Your Identifying Information
Until you actually trust someone, it's worth holding back:
- Your legal name
- Your personal phone number
- Your home address
- Where you work
- Where you go to school
- Financial information
- Government identifiers (SSN, passport number, etc.)
- Your account passwords or verification codes
- Anything else that could identify or locate you
Recognize the Warning Signs
Be cautious of anyone on Fantasi who:
- Asks you for money, early or often
- Requests gift cards or cryptocurrency
- Asks for your bank information
- Asks for passwords or a verification code sent to you
- Pressures you to move the conversation off-platform right away
- Sends links that seem suspicious or out of context
- Claims a sudden emergency that requires money from you
- Threatens you or attempts to blackmail you
- Pressures you for intimate photos or video
If you see this kind of behavior, you can block the member immediately and report it to our team — see Scams & Suspicious Behavior and Blocking & Reporting.
Sharing Intimate Content
If you choose to share an image or video, it's worth considering what it might reveal beyond the obvious — a face, a tattoo, a document in the background, mail with your name on it, details of your home, something that identifies where you work, a license plate, a reflection, or a recognizable location.
Nonconsensual intimate imagery, threats to distribute intimate images, sextortion, and blackmail are all prohibited on Fantasi — see our Content Policy for how we handle reports of this kind.
Keep Your Account Secure
- Use a strong password you don't reuse anywhere else.
- Never share a verification code with anyone, including someone claiming to be Fantasi staff.
- Be skeptical of emails or messages asking you to "confirm" your login outside the app.
- Report an account that looks fake, stolen, or is impersonating someone.
Fantasi cannot recover money sent to someone off-platform. If you believe you've been the target of a scam, report it to us and, if money changed hands, to your bank and local authorities.
