Overview
This policy explains how Fantasi screens new applicants, what content and conduct are prohibited, and how reports of a violation are handled. It works alongside our Terms of Service (particularly Sections 4 and 5) and our Privacy Policy — where this policy and the Terms overlap, the Terms control.
Before Anyone Gets In
Every application passes through the same screening before an account can post or view anything, regardless of membership tier:
- Age confirmation — date of birth is collected at registration; any application indicating the applicant is under 18 is rejected.
- Identity verification — a government-issued ID is required and reviewed by an administrator for consistency with the name and age on the application before the account is approved.
- Human review — a person on our team reviews every application personally; nothing is approved automatically.
This confirms the ID provided is consistent with the applicant's stated age and identity. It is not a criminal background check, and we do not currently perform one.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are never allowed on Fantasi, and result in content removal and/or account action:
- Any content depicting, soliciting, or facilitating sexual activity involving anyone under 18 — see Section 8.
- Content depicting or soliciting non-consensual acts, or conduct that harasses, threatens, stalks, coerces, or intimidates another member.
- Soliciting, offering or advertising commercial sexual services of any kind, including escorting or any exchange of money or gifts for sex.
- Impersonation, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation.
- Photos or other content you don't own or don't have the right to share.
- Spam, unrelated advertising, scraping, bots, or other unauthorized automated use of the Service.
- Contacting a member who has blocked you, or attempting to circumvent a block.
- Publicly accusing another member of a crime, by name or in a way that identifies them, in forum posts, replies, chatrooms, groups, events, or profiles. See Section 5 for how to report it privately instead.
The full list is in Terms of Service, Section 4.
Photos
- Profile photos must not be explicit. No nudity or sexual acts in your main photos, which other members see on Discover, in search and on your profile.
- Explicit photos go in your private photos only. Only you and members you choose to share your photos with can see them. Stopping sharing takes that access away.
- Only post yourself, or people who agreed. Each private photo needs your confirmation that you are the person shown, or that every adult shown agreed to it being shared on Fantasi. Everyone shown must be 18 or older.
- Private photos stay on the website. They are never shown or uploaded in the Fantasi app.
- Don't pass on what's shared with you. Saving, screenshotting or sharing another member's private photos outside Fantasi is a serious violation. Photos you view on Fantasi carry a watermark tied to your account.
How Content Is Monitored
Moderation on Fantasi is mostly reactive. We don't pre-screen photos or forum posts before they're visible. The one automated layer is a set of checks on messaging for signs of spam or scams, such as a burst of new conversations, the same message sent to many members, or contact details or payment requests in a first message; anything it flags is reviewed by a person. Beyond that:
- Members flag a profile, photo, message, or forum post using the in-app Report control.
- Every report lands in an administrator review queue and is read by a person — never silently auto-closed.
- An administrator can remove content, or suspend or terminate an account, if they determine in good faith that it violates Section 3 above or applicable law.
What this means in practice: a violation stays visible until someone reports it and an administrator acts — there is no guarantee something is caught before another member sees it. Section 9 below sets out those limits plainly.
Reporting a Concern
Any member can report another member's profile, photo, message, or forum post directly from the app — no need to explain yourself extensively; a short reason is enough to put it in front of a reviewer. Reports are confidential: the person you report is not told who reported them.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first — reporting to us is not a substitute for that.
If a member harmed you
Members may not accuse another member of a crime in a public part of Fantasi. An accusation posted publicly can't be checked before other members read it. If it turns out to be false, it can seriously harm an innocent person, and the member who posted it can face a defamation claim.
This rule doesn't mean we ignore what happened to you. It means the report comes to us privately, where we can act on it:
- Use Report on the member's profile or in your conversation with them and choose Sexual assault or consent violation. The member is never told who reported them.
- An administrator reviews every report of this kind. We can suspend the account while we look into it and terminate it, which removes the member from Fantasi for everyone, not only for you.
- Save any messages or other evidence you have. Don't delete the conversation, because it may help both our review and a police report.
- You can report the crime to the police at any time, and nothing in this policy limits that. You can also talk about your own experience, as long as you don't name or identify another member.
- For confidential support in the United States, the RAINN National Sexual Assault Hotline is available 24/7 at 800-656-4673 or online at rainn.org.
Posts that break this rule are removed when reported. We read them as a sign that a member may need help, so we'll reach out privately to the person who posted before taking any action on their account.
Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image of you is on Fantasi without your consent, we remove it within 48 hours of a valid request. You don't need to be a member.
- Members: use Report on the private photo, or choose Nonconsensual intimate content when you report a member.
- Anyone: use our intimate image removal form.
- When we remove an image, we also remove identical copies and block that exact file from being uploaded again. The member who posted it is never told who reported it, and posting someone's intimate image without consent is grounds for terminating their account.
- In the United States, the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative runs a free, confidential image abuse helpline at 844-878-2274.
Blocking
Blocking a member is separate from reporting them, and you can do both or either. Blocking is instant and silent, and lasts until you undo it: the blocked member is never told, can no longer message or view your profile, and you can unblock them later if you choose.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, an administrator reviewing a report may: dismiss it, remove the specific content, suspend the account pending further review, or terminate the account outright. We don't publish a fixed penalty schedule — enforcement is a judgment call by the reviewing administrator, guided by Section 3.
There is currently no separate, formal appeals process beyond contacting us (Section 11) — a terminated member can write in and an administrator will consider it, but reinstatement is at our discretion.
Child Safety & Mandatory Reporting
Fantasi has zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or exploits minors. Any account or content matching this is removed and the account is terminated immediately upon discovery. We report such activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.
Limits of This Process
We want to be direct about what this process is and isn't:
- We do not run automated content scanning. Every action starts from a human report. The one automatic check: a file removed after an intimate image report can't be uploaded again in exactly the same form.
- We do not provide 24/7 staffed moderation. The only guaranteed response time is 48 hours for intimate images shared without consent (Section 5).
- ID review at registration confirms identity consistency, not a person's ongoing intentions, statements, or a clean criminal history.
- No moderation system, automated or human, catches every violation before it's seen by someone else. Use your own judgment in any interaction, online or in person — see Safety Center and Terms of Service, Section 8.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy as our moderation tools and processes change. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
