In the Fantasi app or on the website
You can delete your account yourself at any time, and it happens at once.
- Sign in, open the account menu (your photo or initials), and choose Delete account. You can also find it under Privacy & Data.
- Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
- Your account is erased straight away, and you're signed out.
If you can't sign in
Email support@fulfillmyfantasi.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request came from you, delete the account, and write back to confirm, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently erased. We don't keep a hidden copy of a deleted profile.
- Your account, sign-in details and settings
- Your profile, photos, private photos and introduction video
- Your messages, likes, notes, forum posts and comments
- Your ID document or ID verification result, and any verification selfies we hold
- Your membership records and the phones registered for notifications
What isn't deleted
- App Store subscriptions. Apple doesn't let apps cancel these. If you subscribed on an iPhone, cancel it yourself in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or it keeps renewing. A Google Play subscription is cancelled for you when you delete your account.
- Records kept by Apple, Google and Veriff. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases made through their stores, and Veriff, our identity verification provider, keeps its own record of a check under its own privacy policy.
- Blocked image fingerprints. If a photo was removed after a report that it was shared without consent, a fingerprint of that file (not the photo itself, and not linked to you) is kept so it can't be uploaded again.
